モナス側の落ち着いたホテル
静かなホテル。朝食はそこそこ、パン、おかゆ、洋食など最低限は揃っていて、コーヒーメーカもある。バーが併設されているが、高く、10時半にはラストオーダー。プールは小さくホテル棟に囲まれ日陰になっている。部屋は十分広いが、バスタブは無かった。清掃は行き届いている。レセプションが二つあるが、担当者が一人しかおらず、チェックインには時間が掛かった。空港への車は、ブルーバードタクシーを捕まえてくれるだけ。シルバーバードの場合は、事前予約が必要。

モナス近くの便利なホテルだが
部屋は清潔でレストランもとても使いやすくて雰囲気もいいが、最近フロントのスタッフが替わったのかな? 空港へのドロップオフは前はゴールデンバードだったと思うけど、今回は予約を頼んでいたにも関わらずブルーバードだし、結局空港は第2ターミナルと言ったにもかかわらず着いたのは第3だったりと、最後の最後で大荷物を 抱えて 大変な目に遭ったなぁ… 前のフロントスタッフは、こんなことなかったけどなぁ

ムルデカ広場やバスレーンに近く、観光拠点としては良い。また、無料のWiFiも比較的早く、この点でもよかった。ただ、やや古い設備のためかエアコンの風が強すぎたり、照明のスイッチが複雑だったりしてやや手間取った。

Laudry service was way slow. Should be upgraded so that guests are not embarrased. Breakfast meals were a bit down graded. Reasonable but need to make a bit more efforts to compete with other hotels.

清潔でアメニティも揃っています。部屋は狭く、窓の外の景色も良くありませんが、ビジネス用途で宿泊するだけなら十分です。フロントのスタッフは親切に応対してくれます。 朝食はビュッフェで、洋食とインドネシア料理。品揃えは豊富で美味しい。パンも食パンやフランスパン、クロワッサン、デニッシュ、ドーナツなどたくさんあります。

Bang for bucks!
It was a very comfortable stay in this hotel. Moderately firm bed, small but clean room, reasonable yet good restaurant and welcoming staff. I highly recommend this hotel for vacation travellers. As for the business use, there are almost no facilities to accomodate guests' needs. Hope couple of PCs, printers and copy machines would be added to this hotel. Overall, I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Thank you and will be back!

スタッフは皆笑顔で対応してくれて、とても気持ちがよかったです。朝食も地元の料理から西洋風までいろいろ取り揃えていて、しかもどれも美味しく、2泊しかしなかったのですが、とても満足しました。

ロケーションは、いいはずだが?
 モナスの南西側で位置的には便利であるが、ホテルの前の道路が一方通行のためか、タクシーで戻ろうとすると運転手が道を間違えるということが、三回あった。(三回とも地図を見せた)  ホテルを出て左へ行き、交差点を越えるとレストランや店があるので便利であるが。ただし、交差点までの人通りが少ないので、夜間の出歩きには検討を要するかも。  三泊したが、シーツを替えていないことに気がついた。(疑念を抱いてシーツの隅にしるしを付けてみた結果)テレビのチャンネル数は多かったが、日本語放送はなかった。また、プールがホテルの中央にあるが、ロビーやレストランから丸見えで使用に躊躇するかも。

Room OK, marketing & service not
On check-in, they did not have the confirmed (!) non-smoking room with 2 beds, and offered a smoking room ("That's Ok, right?" - NOT OK, how dare you suggest). So had to wait for them to find a solution. Free parking? Sure, if you can find a spot. Parking is permanently full, and no opportunity on the street-side curb or nearby. The restaurant is exorbitantly expensive and of mediocre quality. The room was good, a bit small but clean. The bathroom is clean, with good hot water.

Good location but some minor hiccups
I arrived very late because of a long flight delay. However the staff member who checked me in was quite friendly. However they neglected to take a deposit on the room so every time I wanted to pay for something in the hotel they would demand I pay immediately. This was actually the hotel's mistake, not mine, and I remember this happening the last time I stayed in 2019. Also the staff need better training in English. My key card stopped functioning twice in the first 48 hours. Despite this being the primarly issue, the reception desk staff member kept inquiring as to whether I wanted the room cleaned. Better training is needed here as well.

A amazing well run and managed property. We had bussiness at US embassy which was a couple blocks away so a easy walk . Its near the National Monument park and national museum. Also walking distance to resturants and grocery stores.
