Weak Wifi... Shawer problem and no quick repair and no service.

We are in the process to commission an upgrade to our wifi quality with either adding 1 Access Point per room and double up the speed to make sure your comment on weak wifi will be resolved in the near future. We will coordinate with faster service in engineering side to respond to your comment on shower problem and quick repair requirement.

Under renovation and so noisy
Under renovation and noise of inside room was awful. Can't stand and sometimes escape to restaurant.
Dear Mr/s HH.
We do apologize for the inconvinience caused by the renovation noise as we are in the progress to re-furbish the hotel based on guests comment. As declared the renovation will be done on certain floors in between 9.00am to 05.00pm, where we assume most of the guests is out of the rooms.
We do hope you will find our newly renovated rooms more pleasant on your next stay.

Good staff, good room, but taxi was not find easil
The room was clean, enough space, facilities are good enough. The receptionists' attitude were nice, polite and friendly. Breakfast was also good. However, the Hotel could not find a taxi easily because of location or other reasons.
