I stayed here for transit. Access from Terminal 3 was very good and the room was clean. I asked several questions via email in advance, and the responses were very quick. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge variety of items.

My flight landing time is expected at 23:30, so I informed the hotel in advance my late check in, it would be at 0:30. However the hotel receptionist told me on the phone that the latest check in was by 23:00 ! How it comes at the capital international airport hotel ! Finally the receptionist said “we could ACCEPT this time.”

空港直結で便利です。口コミ以上に部屋も広く綺麗で場所も分かりやすかったです。レストランも利用しましたが、だだっ広く閑散とした感があったため空港内の方が良いかも知れません。サービスには満足です。

ジャカルタ空港ターミナル３に直結で便利！

ジャカルタで乗り換えて、アンボンにダイビングに行く際に、今年２回目の利用でした。東京から到着するターミナル３に直結、乗り継ぎにとても便利です。部屋はエアポートホテルなのでコンパクトながら快適、ただTVがあるが利用案内がなく見られなかったこと、シャワーの温度が低かった、WiFiのスピードが遅くネットのページのダウンロードなど時間がかかりました。

空港直結のホテルで早朝便には大変便利。朝食も午前2時から利用可能で早朝便には助かります。スタッフもフレンドリーで良かった。客室は全面禁煙だが、喫煙室はホテルフロント階のロビー、エレベーター横にあり。

空港直結でとても便利、そしてキレイで広くて快適に過ごせました。ルームサービスで料理オーダー出来るのも便利ですね。ただアルコールは空港ターミナルの出発階まで行かないと買えないので、アルコール飲みたい方は先に買っておくことオススメします。
