"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"We had a very nice stay at the resort. Our family was very happy with everything. The flat is well maintained and the kitchen has everything you need.
