The Space:

This is a stay built around easy days. Bella Vista 7E is a garden-level condo inside Los Sueños Resort & Marina, and nearly everything a family or group needs is either on one floor or a short walk away.

Mornings start on the covered terrace, which opens straight onto the garden. The Beach Club, included with your stay, is under 5 minutes on foot, and Marina Village is under 10. Afterwards, come back to three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, A/C in every bedroom and the living area, and a washer and dryer for the sandy clothes.

This is a garden-view home, not an ocean-view one. What it offers instead is space, a private bathroom for every bedroom, and a location where the car can stay parked for most of the trip.

LIVING AREA

The living room opens toward the terrace and garden. There's A/C for the hottest hours and a TV with streaming apps for movie nights, and it's the natural gathering point after a beach day.



KITCHEN

Granite counters, stainless appliances, and a breakfast island that tends to become the morning meeting spot. With an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker, you can cook real dinners or keep it simple with breakfast at home and lunch at the Beach Club.



BEDROOMS

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and A/C, so every couple or family unit has a space of their own.

• Primary suite: king bed, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and doors that open onto the terrace

• Second suite: king bed

• Third suite: two double beds, a good fit for kids or friends

A guest powder room, a crib, and a high chair complete the setup.



TERRACE

The covered terrace opens directly onto the garden, with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. It's the spot for slow breakfasts and late afternoons in the shade.



POOLS AND COMMUNITY

Bella Vista's shared pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and gardens are part of the community, and the Los Sueños Beach Club is under 5 minutes away on foot.



PRACTICAL TOUCHES

250 Mbps fiber internet, a washer and dryer, and beach towels for your trips to the sand. The dining table doubles as a workspace.

Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours: all three bedroom suites, the living and dining areas, the kitchen, the laundry, and the covered terrace with direct garden access. Two owner's closets are locked and not available for guest use.

• Bella Vista community pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and gardens

La Iguana Golf Course is available for an additional fee, and tee times are booked directly with the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Bella Vista is one of the residential communities inside Los Sueños Resort & Marina, on Herradura Bay on Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast.

• Beach Club and beach: under 5 minutes on foot

• Marina Village shops and restaurants: under 10 minutes on foot

• La Iguana Golf Course: inside the resort, fee applies, booked directly with the resort

• SJO airport: about 1.5 hours by car, depending on traffic



Getting Around:

The drive from SJO airport takes about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic, and we can arrange a private transfer if you'd rather not drive. Inside the resort, the Beach Club is under 5 minutes on foot and Marina Village under 10, so most resort days don't need a car. A golf cart can be rented through Jaco Homes. For outings beyond the resort, plan on a car or an arranged transfer. Uber is available all throughout town and an option if you dont want to rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM. The resort's security guard hands you the key when you arrive; we send the details before your trip.

• Garden view; the condo does not have an ocean view

• One dedicated covered parking space. Additional guest parking is shared, uncovered, and first-come, so a second space isn't guaranteed.

• A few steps lead from parking to the entrance; inside, everything is on one level

• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.

• No pets

• No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on the terrace only

• Housekeeping, golf-cart rental, and other services are optional, carry a fee, and should be booked in advance

We send arrival details before your trip and are available through the App messaging before and during your stay.
