Relaxing stay in JAX beach
We had a great time at this location! The accommodations were perfect for our needs! The house was stocked with beach gear, kitchen ware, towels, etc. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 4 teens. The location was excellent and beachfront. We had a great time while there and spent a lot of time on the porch as well as the beach. We will definitely book this again!

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for our group with enough seating. The large deck also accommodated our group well. You aren't kidding about the parking being tight though!

Relaxing
We had a great stay in jax beach at your beautiful place. We especially loved hanging out on the large porch enjoying the cool breeze from the ocean. The inside was perfect and spacious for all of us. We had a great time overall and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful View!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. With four bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

nice location , nice management but this upstairs unit needs upgrades and maintenance
Patio and view are great, the family room has been upgraded but the rest of the condo is in need. quite old doors creek very load so wakes everyone when one person open the master door. no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the back bedroom you have to crewl into the bed from the end as it is against a wall. okay for a bunch of kids but as 3 senior couples it was a bit rough. One couple would work. Bathtub in master was slippery so we shared the shower in another room.

Relaxing Vacation
The house was beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. With all the large condos and hotels in the area, this house was a gem right on the beach. Large patio overlooked the ocean with comfortable seating for morning coffee at sunrise was perfect. The view is spectacular and private beach access made for a very relaxing get away. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and parks. Owners were very responsive during the booking process and made us aware of everything we needed during our stay.

Overall, the property was clean and stocked with most utensils/cooking tools we needed during our stay. The property was a little more dated than what the pictures show, but overall in decent condition.

Wedding and Thanksgiving celebration
This property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. All kitchen pots, pans, plates, utensils and everything else was really nice. The view out on the deck was to die for and deck furniture was very nice. Plenty of seating inside and out for everyone.

Beautiful location on the beach
We really enjoyed the view from the apartment. The place was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were all very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in town.

Awesome location
We stayed at this property for the Jacksonville Sky and Sea Show. The location was fantastic- we had front row seats from our veranda. Great restsurants all around and grocery store nearby, we walked everywhere. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit and TV in every room.

Absolutely loved this place. Great location and amazing view. Having a patio to sit and watch the ocean and then being able to just open the door and walk straight to the beach was great! The apartment was clean, the beds, towels, sheets and pillows were all good, the kitchen cabinets were old but it was well stocked. The furniture in the bedrooms was old but fine, the view was great

Fantastic Location
This property is in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed being able to walk straight to the beach. The house had beach chairs which were great to have access to as well. The house is only a short drive from many bars and restaurants.

My stay
Have stayed at Melody Holland properties before and enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable there abd easy access to beach. Only drawback is the driveway. It's so tight that my son dented his truck. Other than that everything was excellent.

Family get together Aug. 2023
This property was booked for a family get together and did not disappoint. Everything was as stated in the description. I will say use caution in the walk-in shower as it can be very slippery. Pretty much everything was furnished, especially towels and water toys. The weather was extremely hot even for FL but we stayed in during the times that the sun was so harsh and enjoyed the beach late afternoon. Would stay again.

This was absolutely the most beautiful place. Super spacious inside and out. Incredibly clean with wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Our family lacked for nothing and enjoyed our vacation in a beautiful home away from home.

Comfortable, spacious, older but updated. Wonderful sunrise and beach views. Info about how to program bedroom TVs would help -office personnel said they would get back to us about them but never did. Would stay here again

Amazing view! Great communication. We came down to florida for my daughters graduation from JU and love having this place to stay. Walks out to the beach area, close to highways and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Drive way is a little tight but can fit minivan (this is communicated prior to arrival). Great find for us! Accommodated special request for check in and check out… very appreciative! Thank you for sharing!
