The Mayo Clinic is just down the road, making this a great choice for traveling nurses, and the University of North Florida is only six miles west so it's also an ideal choice for families visiting for graduations.
The main home and in-law suite have each been fully updated for modern comfort. Each space includes its own full kitchen. There's also a full-size fridge, an oven, and a sink on the screened patio, along with a cushioned patio set and a smart TV for a full outdoor living experience.
Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer in each home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
