I love this place. I’ve stayed here several times. It is a no frills hotel and looks a little run down from the outside but what they offer is done very well. Beds are like sleeping in a cloud. We love the pool. And the basic breakfast is always hot and stocked. I love their multi selection coffee machine! And their staff!

Okay, I’m going to shoot it straight. I was staying with a friend that lives in Jacksonville for the last couple of days and then she started feeling sick. I had a couple more days of vacation left and didn’t want to be sick when I went to my next destination so I rented this room at last minute notice it was right around the corner from where I was at, and it was cheap. Not to mention it was Super Bowl Sunday. The room was clean. Something was going on outside of my room. I believe it was something dripping all night. It sounded like someone was out there. This place says it’s a non-smoking property yet. The staff in the morning sat outside and smoked it up. The little bar that’s attached to it. I walked through and it looked like something out of a 70s fight movie. It was so smoky. I couldn’t take it and I work in a smoking bar. The breakfast in the morning had a lot to be desired. Some fried eggs biscuits and gravy a waffle, some coffee and juice dry toast, plain cereal, no bacon no sausage no fruit.
