The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with premium linens, while the open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and all essentials provided.

Your private heated pool is the star amenity -- perfect for cooling off after beach days or morning swims before exploring. The outdoor deck provides space for poolside lounging, while the full kitchen lets you prepare meals instead of eating out every night. Free parking keeps your costs down, and high-speed WiFi handles work or streaming needs.

You're perfectly positioned in Jacksonville Beach -- a 9-minute walk to Eleven South for their famous mesquite-grilled sea bass, or a 2-minute drive to the iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier for fishing and sunset views. TacoLu's fish tacos and Engine 15 Brewing's craft stouts are both 3 minutes away by car. Publix is a 7-minute walk for groceries and beach supplies.

Very nice place.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect place for a couple. Short walk to beach. Road construction caused a little issue with parking but by checkout they were almost completed. Quick response when I had questions.

What a perfect apartment!! So clean and just across the street from the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs being provided as well. Bed was very comfortable as was the entire apartment. Very quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break 25’

First impression and arrival was nice. Ease of access guest parking and easy access to the beach right across the street. Check in process was easy Walking up to our unit we noticed trash and a large amount of leaves floating in the pool; it was an instant turn off with letting my daughter get in the pool. Upon entering the unit, cleanliness appeared well. Everything was well stocked for a vacation stay. My concerns: •Every footstep and suitcase movement from the upstairs guest could be heard. •Roaming cats around the pool area; leaving critters they’ve caught •Waking up my 2nd day of stay, I noticed small red bumps over my legs and back (apparent bed bug bites)

Beach week

The property was difficult to find. Online directions took me the wrong way. When that was resolved online directions took me to a street intersection. No visible marked homes. Finally found location. Location and price was perfect. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge not keeping food cold. Very convenient to the beach and local establishment. Minor issues with construction was kicked out of parking last night of stay. This obviously won’t continue. Overall 1-10 rate a 7. If you stay here I recommend the Brunch Haus.

The property was great. Good location. Safe neighborhood. Clean.

The management by Nomad or maybe Lynx “guest experience partner” left a terrible impression. I left a soft cooler. Though I wasn’t expecting a return, they said no problem if they found it they would mail it. I described it and told exactly where to find it. Someone outright lied saying it wasn’t found. Saying we’ll hold it or too bad we can’t return it would be much better than dishonesty. Despite liking the property, I will not rent another Nomad managed space.
