About this property

A Cozy House

  • Renovated house at 2 minute from the Marine Corps Air Station main gate. Ideal location for military contractors, visitors, short or long term renters, or beach-lovers interested in the near-by coastal spots. Spacious car port with motion-activated lights. Good size deck to grill and enjoy sunny days. A comfortable seating area around the fire pit is provided in the backyard to help you relaxing at night. Pet friendly. Fenced backyard for the safety of your pets.
    Please be aware that a security camera is located outside, overlooking the car port area. We believe that privacy is a critical component of a trusted environment. We have no cameras or recording devices inside of the house.
