Ocean Lullaby is a gem

Clean, well appointed, great location. Only concern was an odor that we couldn’t determine the origin of…we stayed here in 2023 and I don’t recall the same odor then.

Amelia Island Wedding Visit

We traveled to Amelia Island for a family wedding. The unit at Beachwalker suited our needs very adequately. The split-level layout was a little clunky for moving in and out given our heavy luggage, and the bathrooms were a little small for our taste, but the unit was comfortable, very well equipped, and we really liked the location.

Great beach vacation

Accommodation exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for 3 adults and a large dog. Well stocked kitchen. Easy parking and short walk to the beach and pool.

Fabulous Condo and Easiest Check in Ever

This was a fabulous property exactly as pictured ! The check in process was the easiest and smoothest experience I've ever had. We were even able to get in an hour early. They texted me and I was happily surprised that our room was ready an hour prior to check in !! Great communication with the property management company.

Great Stay

This year we stayed at the Beach Walker Villas that are located within the Omni Resort/Amelia Island Plantation property. This is an end unit on the north side of the 3rd floor of the building. These villas have covered parking and this unit has a dedicated spot that is adjacent to the elevator (very convenient for loading and unloading). With one of the available luggage carts, we made short work of getting our bags and coolers up to the room. As mentioned, the unit is the last one on the end, which means it is next to the stairs. This is nice if you have a dog (like we do) and don't mind getting a little exercise when it comes time to take them for a walk. There is a grassy area directly behind the building and they supply doggy bags if you need them. While I'm thinking of it, there are some recycling bins that are pushed against the wall on the south side of the building. Just around the corner from the villas are some shops and restaurants. Harris Teeter (a nice sized grocery store) is about 3 miles away and there's a Walmart and a Publix about 8 miles away. The unit was very clean and had a nice layout. When you walk in the door, there is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer to your left. When you walk up the first flight, you are on the main level with the kitchen and dining room on your left and the living area on the right. The deck is just outside the sliding glass doors from the dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and has a nice counter that faces the dining room. The living room area has nice couch and some chairs, as well as a small round table. There is a huge TV set that we didn't use, but it looks brand new. The third level features a bathroom with a full-size tub on the left and two bedrooms. The left side bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king and is on the right. It has its' own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth level is a living space that extends the width of the unit. They have placed a twin bed on each side of the room. This room has a balcony that overlooks the main level and you also have a view of the ocean from this room. It did tend to get a little warmer than the rest of the unit. If you walk down the stairs on the north side, the beach is approximately 600 feet from the corner of the building and the pool is less than that. We enjoyed our time at this villa and would stay here again.

Beach condo

Hi, This condo was very comfortable for 4 friends. We were able to spread out and relax. You cannot beat the location. The only small negative was a strange odor sometimes when you walk in the front door. It might have something to do with drainage and being on the 3 rd floor. However, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this location.

The entire building was under construction

The building was under construction. In fact they turned off the water during our stay. On the beach there were large pipes going across the entire beach and large heavy machinery working 24 seven. We worked with the property manager to move somewhere else

Great location, Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay so much…. From the well maintained grounds/trails to the beautiful views, we enjoyed it all!! Easy access to the beach, and plenty of room on the pool deck to get a spot for the whole family without feeling crowded… Really the only thing I considered unsatisfactory was the cleanliness of the condo. There was hair on the towels and in the bathroom when we checked in and the kitchen cabinets/drawers/utensils/cookware were dirty; The living room furniture and pillows did not appear to have been cleaned either. Definitely in need of a deep cleaning, but otherwise a great condo!

Excellent location close to beach

Easy check-in and check-out process. Great communication w/ property manager who quickly responded to an issue. Fantastic location close to beach in a great area. Renovated/updated part of condo very nice. Balcony with perfect view of ocean. We are so thankful we could bring our lab with us!

We love The Plantation. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was well represented.

The condo was perfect. Great view of the ocean, a simple walk to the beach. It was clean and very pleasant. We would do this all over again without any hesitation.
