激しい雷雨でモーテル周辺一帯が、丸々、二日間も停電に。近くのレストランでは停電時用のメニュー表が準備されていたことから、結構、頻繁に起きることなのかも。

This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible place of business.

This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. The outer door was locked in the mornings with no key card mechanism, so had to wait indefinitely for a manager to let me in or another guest to come out. The smoke detector in the room had been dismantled. The handicap space in the lot was occupied by an unregistered used car. There was no coffee. There was no place to sit, in the room or lobby, that wasn’t dirty. The spectrum of odors throughout the place ranged from unpleasant to foul. Overall: deplorable, dilapidated.

raggedy not clean or safe. needles with drugs in them laying around, bed bugs, dirty couch, tub, dirty everything. i did not feel safe there.

the worst place!! i couldn’t even stay. rugs were dirty, trash all in the halls, roaches crawling all over the bed, holes in the walls, couches was nasty. this place needs to get rebuilt. ceilings were brown, sheets were brown and had crumbs all in them!

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I got to my room the toilet wouldn’t flush. When I reported it to the front desk and asked for another room the person at the desk told me it would cost $25 more to change rooms and they would not return my money. I was told that the toiletwould be fixed. I mentioned that there were no towels in the room and could they get some in there. Then I left to use the restroom at a restaurant. When I returned in the evening the toilet had been fixed but still no towels. At 9:45 pm I got a small towel an washcloth . Not to worry though because I would not end up using them because at six am I heard what sounded like my shower running. When I looked it was water coming through the ceiling from the tub in the room above. The floor was covered in water and was too slippery to walk on. I packed up and checked out as quickly as possible again using a restroom in a restaurant. Expedia was wonderful in getting my money refunded but I would not recommend this hotel at all.

It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like weed and smoke as soon as you walked in the building. The bathroom was not clean at all, there was brown residue all over the walls the floors were sticky, toilet paper had not been changed out, and it was very scary to even sit on the bed. We asked for a different room and there were no more, so we left.

01-I arrive after 8pm.Iwaited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk in order to check in. 02-My reservation rate was for approximately $44 to $47. I brought this to the attention of the front desk attendant and he said I should have paid in advance otherwise The rate is $60. I either missed reading that or I got taken. 03- The room was in horrible condition. Walls stained, the shower was out of order, bed horribly made. The tv remote control did not work. I took it to the front desk. He gave me two other remotes to try. Neither one worked. I took them back. He said the hotel houseman just went out on a break and he would send the houseman to my room in a few minutes. The houseman never came. I went back to the front desk and the attendant offered to change my room to room where the TV would work. I moved to a room on the first floor around the corner from the front desk. This room was even worse. And the electronic device on the outside of the door was destroyed. The room key could not work. Every time I left the room the front desk attendant had to use a manual key to insert into the door's lock to allow me back in the room. This room had baby roaches walking around as though they had paid for the room. I refused to take my clothes off and get under the covers. It was horrible. I slept on top of the covers. I was totally miserable.
