Great staff and location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just across the street from the airport shuttle bus. The lobby is warm and inviting with a wood stove, books, and board games to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to the main square, restaurants and shops! It is also very close driving distance to Snow King Mountain and National Elk Refuge (like 5 min drive). The property does not have elevators so if you are given a room on the 3rd floor, just know that you’ll make several trips to your car for your luggage. Staff super friendly overall great stay thank you!!

This property is right downtown Jackson. Not new but very clean. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and flushing the toilet. You can also hear the road noise outside.

The motel is quaint but nice. Walking distance to all downtown restaurants and stores. Parking is very problematic. If you don’t get one of the few on site spaces, you’re parking a few blocks away. Lobby and coffee bar are nice. Staff Ed very helpful.

Convenient & clean

Nice hotel in convenient location. Rooms are small but comfy. Lighting could be better in rooms. Got charged for mini bar items that weren’t even in the room (but they reversed the charges when I called). I’ve been going to JH for decades but it has gotten too pricey. I’ll find another cute mountain town that won’t break the bank for future trips.
