Luxurious stay!

Absolutely gorgeous in every sense of the word! It is not walkable to the city center, bazaar, or airport, but is beautiful, quiet, and an easy taxi to anything you need - which the reception is happy to help with. I had a tour to Ephesus planned and it was an easy pick up and drop off. The breakfast is bountiful!

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.

The accommodation itself is very nice and clean. I have nothing to criticize about the hotel. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the receptionist. I think such a beautiful and high-quality hotel should put more effort into the selection of its staff. We had booked a total of 7 rooms and were unfortunately not warmly welcomed. Of course, this criticism does not apply to every member of staff. The cleaning staff, for example, were very friendly and kind.
