The space
This apartment is located in a safe neighborhood and has all the necessary equipment: TV, WiFi (100 Mbps), heating( natural gas heating system) & 3 air conditioning, dishwasher, Full equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, cooktops, iron, hairdryer. High-quality king size, queen size, and double size bed with a very big comfy couch so can host a total of 7 people. The flat is located on the 8 floors and has elevator access after the 1st floor.
Guest access
You can use household items and feel like at your own place. You'll have the whole place so you can enjoy the flat with your family or friends.
There are high quality KING size and Queen size beds at master bedroom and double size bed in another bedroom. There is also one comfortable big sofa (for which sheets, blankets, and pillows are also available). So, 7 people can stay comfortably.
There is a high-speed wireless internet connection. Free wifi It is 100 Mbps (unlimited)
There is a new and regularly maintained filter system for drinking water at home. You do not need to buy drinking water.

As a coronavirus measure, we can also provide this service with WHO (World Health Organization) approved and licensed medicines (from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey) of the third party companies that provide professional disinfectant service after our detailed cleaning. If you want that Extra Fee = $30 will be added atop of your total payment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. But the apartment has a big balcony in front so you can smoke there if you smoking.
