"When we first got there things didn't seem to bad. The Host's assistant showed us around and we settled in. Looking around we discovered there were 2 melamine plates to use, an assortment of cutlery, including plasticware. There were no "glass" glasses. Plastic glasses, Sippy cups other plastic cups. "Los empleados fueron muy amables todos!! La Vista ala playa espectacular, todo muy limpio, la comida en buffet muy deliciosa, snack bar muy rica tambien, solo un pequeño detalle que no me gusto fue que cuando faltaba media hora para que ellos cerran ya no resurtian nada. Pero todo lo demas estubo muy bien, mi primera ves en un hotel con todo encluido y quede satisfecha. Enverdad si lo recomiendo mucho"

"Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available."
