The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in the dropoff box they provided. "

"Room was spacious and very comfortable. Description did not match the room. There was a tub but it wasn’t a jacuzzi and there is no radiant heat in the bathroom as stated. There's actually no heat in the bathroom at all. Way overpriced. This room is not worth $600 per night. I wouldn't go back."

"Stayed here for Valentine's weekend with my wife and it was perfect! Gardner and Kathy were great with communication and the cabin itself was beautiful! It had everything we needed for the weekend and the location is close to many nearby attractions. Book your stay at Mapletree Cabin.. you won't regret it! "
