Each bedroom features an attached bathroom and a TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and more! Cook some delicious food in the spacious kitchen or out on the grill! With many bbq tools and a stocked kitchen, cooking will be a breeze!

Spend your days in the sun at the pool or lazy river just a few steps from your private getaway, or take a short drive to Snow Canyon State Park or Tuacahn! With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is sure to be plenty of room for all of your favorite people! Challenge each other to ping pong in the garage or some games on the PS4 if the weather is poor, or spend an evening curled up on the comfortable living room couches watching a movie! As evenings get more chilly, venture outside to your private hot tub or the balcony firepit for a cozy night under the stars! Soccer vacation

This house was amazing! With all the bedrooms and amenities it was perfect for our family and friends to stay the host were fantastic to work with. Without hesitation they answered my questions and adressed my concerns. House was clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again. Or at least in another red sands property.

Perfection!

Our family of 14 ranged in age from 3 to 77! The home was on a single level with 5 beds/5 baths! The bunk room provided space for the littles. The family/living/kitchen area was open & spacious for food, fun & games! The hot tub was a bonus! Many happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Enough rooms for the whole family!

Our family of 16 had a great time! Everyone had their own bathroom in each of the bedroom and the kids absolutely loved being at kids cove. The location was close to the water park and the place was clean (except for the floor which made our feet black on the bottom) and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the PlayStations and the bunk room. We would book this unit again.

Great house

This house was very spacious and well kept. It was nice to have a hot tub as well. The parking situation isn't the best. Someone took one of our spots on the road so we had to squish 4 vehicles in the driveway. Would be nice to have designated parking areas. The pool passes only one had a key fob to get into the pool the other one was just a pass. We could've used a blender in the kitchen but not a huge deal. And one of the bedrooms had a fan switch but no fan for it. Other than that it was great and we'd love to come back again.

The place was good overall. The linens we garbage and pillows were so cheap. I went and bought my own pillow, so it didn't hurt my neck. The first night was rough. The sheets and pillow cases seem really worn and didn't stay on the mattress very well. The hot tub looked like it was leaking and had to refill it after only being there a couple days. The curtain rod in one of the bedrooms kept falling down over and over. It was clean and didn't seem too dated. I would consider staying again, but the bedding need overhauled before I would consider.
