**Almost Amazing**We had a really enjoyable stay and would book again, but a few missing/broken items and minor quirks kept it from being fully amazing.Rooms were excellent! Great bed selection, smart layout, and the bunk room for the kids was perfect. Bathrooms attached to every bedroom were a huge convenience! Cleanliness was fine with plenty of towels. The resort pools were 100% fantastic! Kids spent hours there. The private hot tub was heavily chlorinated but still very enjoyable. We loved evenings making s’mores at the backyard fire pit.Downsides: fridge touchscreen didn’t work and several appliances were missing pieces or only half-functional. The pinball machine pictured and listed (a main reason we chose this unit over others) wasn’t there. Nintendo Switch had no power cord despite host promises, so we couldn’t use it (and it only had one game).Smaller quirks: upstairs floors were slightly squeaky, and kids getting out of the bunks rattled the dining light fixture. Kitchen had no salt or pepper and only one small baking pan.None of these ruined the trip, but they were noticeable. Still, we’d happily stay again.
