Nice House for a big Family

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had several issues throughout our stay, but every time I sent a text to let them know about the problems the response was quick and for the most part taken care of quickly. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered. The house was well stocked. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Long Weekend

Top Notch Experience

We had a great time during our stay in the St. George area last week and this location was a huge part of that. Convenient access to Ivins, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon and fast routes to downtown St. George made everything super nice. The on-site water park and pools were a huge hit with the kids of all ages. The house itself was perfect with separate king ensuites for each family and large gathering areas for getting together. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip down south.

We had a great time. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking, games, crafts, and gathering. My 5 kids and their spouses loved having their private ensuite bathroom for their family. My grandkids were busy swimming in the backyard or at the community pool across the street.

Overall nice

The place was overall clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. Fully stocked kitchen and the two resort pools were a hit. Would recommend replacing the lounge chairs on the pool deck - all were broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we had any questions.

Another great stay!

Returning again! We really enjoy this property. It is perfect for our family vacation with my large family. Our rental agent was very helpful ans responded quickly to all our needs. I love the floor plan of the house. It has an open floor plan and another area upstairs with enough beds and baths so everyone had a private place to chill. The pool and hot tub are always a hit and being so close to so many activity made the stay the best! Thank again for a great vaca!

Staff was excellent to help and deal with throughout the process. Home was nice and generally clean other than the tile needed a good cleaning. Walking around in socks the floor turned them black with dirt. Stocked well although some items need repair. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kids were bummed the ping pong table was broken. Overall good stay

Lovely home

We enjoyed staying here. The house was big enough for all our family. We do wish there would have been an extra refrigerator as there has been in similar homes we stayed at. Also the beds were not comfortable. The master bed on main floor had a huge bump in the middle and felt like the sides of the bed were broken down. We had a couple of issues that maintenance took care of for us. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids.

Perfect place for family

We loved the privacy of own pool/hot tub Hot tub would stop after 10 minutes and then start again about 20 minutes later. Wi-Fi was terrible. You could only watch 1 tv at a time. Wads of hair found in 3 showers.

By the end of the first day our feet were black. With two toddlers crawling they had dirty hands knees and feet most of the time. I suggest a really good carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing. Also the soap for washing hands was watered down and some ran out while we were there. Lack of paper towels, Kleenex was also an issue. We had to call for more toilet paper, which they quickly responded. As I said at the beginning we enjoyed the house and location. If we choose Saint George for another family reunion we would love to use the home again.

The first day of arriving we could not get the TV's and gaming consoles to work. They had to send someone over, the bill was not paid by the owner, they got them to work. Then the next day towards the evening we realized the internet went out and we had to wait until the following day to have someone come and fix that. The cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The big cold air return on the wall in the kitchen was filthy and all the bathroom exhaust fans were filthy. The floors, either the hard floor or the carpet, not sure if it was one or both were dirty. If you wore your white socks around or bare feet they were black! The BBQ grills themselves were cleaned but the bottom of the BBQ was not, we had to be really careful grilling because the stuff on the bottom of the BBQ would catch on fire. We loved how spacious the house was, the pool was great to have and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Nice place, cool hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the house. Had to have the hot tub maintenance person come out three times to fix the hot tub so we weren’t able to use it as much as we had hoped.

Just a couple of suggestions, with a big group like we had an additional refrigerator/ freezer in the garage would be helpful. We ran out of room with food for the meals we had divided up. A much larger garbage container would also be good so you don't have to empty it so often in the kitchen. The upstairs was much cooler than downstairs which was difficult to keep cool enough. Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. With a large family with all adult children and families, we need a home that can provide the room to spread out and privacy. This home did all that and more. We loved this floor plan that allowed together time on main level with plenty of space and in the sleeping areas upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to swim at the house and play anytimez the pool was just the right size for all ages to have fun. The swim park was a two min walk across the street and a lot of fun for all ages. This property made a fun vacation great! We will be staying here again!

It has a pool!

We were surprised to show up and see a pool at the property- the listing didn’t show or list one. Which was awesome!! It was huge and very clean. The WiFi only worked sometimes, and the outdoor patio lights keep tripping the electrical breaker. Other than that, it was perfect. Crockpot and dishes for our large meals!!

We enjoyed our stay but a little grimy

We enjoyed the property and our stay. The only comments we have are that the cleaning was somewhat lacking. We noticed immediately when we arrived that the carpet in the living room and stairs hadn't been fully vacuumed before we arrived and it also seems like it has been a while since the carpet has been professional cleaned. There were stains everywhere. The bathroom showers also needed some work. Our shower had pink spots in several places. Finally we were disappointed that the remotes were scattered or missing making it hard or impossible to use some of the TVs.

Wonderful House

This house was so comfortable for our family. We had enough room for everyone to have their own room and their own bathroom. The kids LOVED the pools. I think they would have preferred to just swim there the entire vacation.

Wow! what a great house we had 20 family members from ages 73-1. We had plenty of room and it fit our every need. Some of the TV's did not have working remotes. The remote for garage door did not work. The A/C unit for the downstairs area could not maintain a comfortable temperature. We understand that it was very very hot the days we were there. Thank you we made great memories of our time there.
