「One of the mattresses was v-shaped, sagging in the middle. I was disappointed we had to keep asking for 3 days for room to be cleaned up and towels replaced. Staff was courteous.」

「Pros: The location was convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was very pleasant. The AC worked great. The road noise wasn't terrible at all. The pool was very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed. The mop water is not changed between rooms which leaves the floors rather tacky feeling. On my very last night I found 2 live cockroaches and 1 dead that was under the drawer in the nightstand...

「At check in Alex was very friendly and informative. He provided suggestions for local dining and also how to get to the Shiloh National Battlefield Park. My room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.」
