Property composed of 2 adjacent but completely independent units in the heart of the hills between Itri and Sperlonga. Each unit of about 90 sqm is on one floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. Panoramic terraces, surrounding garden with aromatic herbs, swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking inside the property. New property, very bright, fully furnished with simple, linear and functional taste.
Each flat consists of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen with table and chairs, French windows opening onto the sea view terrace; two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower box.
