Welcome to this cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom lake home with stunning views from every level. The perfect combination of lake living on the water while still minutes from town! Treat yourself to coffee/tea every day while watching the sunrise over the lake from dual balconies/the dock. This is a two-story home w/ 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large, well stocked kitchen. Accessible to Ithaca's finest restaurants, Cornell University & Ithaca College, wineries & all the Finger Lakes have to offer.
The space
We are happy to offer this property with no checkout chores. No need to strip beds, take trash to the curb, or clean prior to your departure. Simply arrive and enjoy your stay! Welcome to the lake! Ample parking is located by the road for convenient access. Upon parking, there is a long flight of stairs to access the home, so mobility impaired guests may need to use caution. Fortunately, the views from the stairs are breathtaking! Guests are then greeted by a large front deck and a front door that enters into the kitchen.
A spacious kitchen includes ample counter space, spices, appliances, and more to make short or long term stays feel like home. To the left of the kitchen is a dining area and living room with incredible lake views. Even though a TV is included upstairs, you may never turn it on! Two couches and a window bench allow seating for the whole family. Off of the kitchen is a bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for kids or kids at heart alike. This room also has a desk and monitor for those who need to work. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a standing shower and laundry. Off of the living room is a bedroom with a queen bed and amazing views. Please note that this bedroom has a sliding frosted glass door. Children's toys/equipment including a dollhouse, pack n play, highchair, infant bath, stroller and hiking backpack are available as well.
Downstairs is a large bedroom spanning the entire floor with an attached bathroom. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV with sitting area, and a deck accessible via sliding doors. The master bathroom features a tub and vanity. Please note that the downstairs bedroom can be partitioned off via a curtain, but does not include a traditional door.
Outside you have your choice of dining at the table and chairs on the top deck, relaxing on patio furniture on the lower deck, or heading down a short staircase to a private stone yard and dock.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. All parts of the home, including the dock, parking, and yard are private!
Other things to note
Please note that there are numerous steps to access the home from the parking area. The upstairs bedroom features a sliding frosted glass door and the downstairs bedroom uses a curtain instead of a door. Children's toys/equipment including a dollhouse, pack n play, highchair, infant bath, stroller and hiking backpack are available as well.
