Eco-Modern Home in Pine Forest Sanctuary

Escape to this brand-new, eco-friendly 2-story home nestled on 10 private acres of pine forest with a creek. Enjoy nature’s tranquility with hiking trails, bonfires, and outdoor play space. Perfect for families or friends, the home combines comfort, fun and style. Just minutes from Ithaca College, Cornell, Ithaca Commons, state parks, and waterfalls, it offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience for relaxation and adventure.

The space
This home features a fully equipped kitchen with ample cooking supplies, a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee/tea station. The house offers three comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed, a second first-floor bedroom with a twin lofted bed. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a full-sized murphy bed. The upstairs loft/living area also includes a pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The first floor boasts a full bathroom with a bathtub and double showerheads, while the second floor offers a convenient half-bathroom. For added convenience, there is also an outdoor shower. This home was intentionally designed without curtains, offering complete privacy from the road. Enjoy the abundance of natural light during the day and breathtaking star-gazing right from your bed at night. The dining area includes a table (seats 6) and kitchen island (seats 4), while the downstairs living room provides a cozy space for relaxation and play. Books, puzzles, board games and instruments are provided for guests.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly avoid placing large plates in the dishwasher, as they may break.
The stovetop can be cleaned with glass cleaner and/or stovetop cleaner for tougher stains. Both under sink.
Throw away all trash in the bins provided—this includes any food waste, packaging, or recyclables. Garbage in front bin, recycling in back, compost under sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Kindly remove your shoes before walking through the house. Help yourself to slippers provided by the door.
This is our home, so you may notice some personal items stored in closets. Please respect any “PRIVATE” signs and avoid handling personal belongings.
Please keep the wall units set to DRY mode to manage moisture in the air. Fan speed may be adjusted, but avoid changing the MODE setting.
