Razoável. Positivo: limpeza, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Negativo: falta tomadas no quarto. Ficamos no chalé dois. No teto do box faltam um pedaço do forro, fiquei desconfortável com isso. Medo de algum bicho entrar pelo telhado. Café da manhã ruim. Sucos artificiais. Bolos muito ruins.presunto bem ruim. A qualidade dos itens do café estava bem abaixo pro valor da diária. Televisão do quarto pequena e não é smart. Tomadas frouxas. Tentei secar meu cabelo e o disjuntor desarmou.

Experiência agradável com ótima localização

Acomodação agradável, chalé limpo, café da manhã gostoso, funcionários atenciosos. O ponto alto é a localização pois está tudo muito próximo à pousada e não precisamos de carro para circular na cidade. O ponto fraco foi que o chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar a água. Depois que esquentava ficava uma ducha ótima.

Estadia incrível. Apesar de pouco tempo, adoramos a pousada e principalmente os chalés. Fomos bem acolhidos, com a equipe super simpática. Ambiente bem limpo, espaçoso. Tivemos apenas um pequeno contratempo com o chuveiro quente que foi prontamente resolvido pela equipe da pousada.

Amazing place to stay. Really comfortable. We stayed at the Loft. Some negative things though: -After the receptionist swiped my credit card on her machine to charge me for my remaining balance, she gave me my receipt, but then she wanted to re-swipe my credit credit so she could charge me again. She explained to me that her reason was because she incorrectly used the wrong credit card swiping machine and that I would receive a refund for her mistakenly swiping my credit on the wrong machine. After she noticed my frustration, she told me that she would not re-swipe my credit card. Every time I go to Brazil it’s always something. Be careful with certain Brazilians...a lot of them are opportunists ... they are very slick and will do almost anything to take financial advantage of you, especially if you’re American. -Someone else’s hair inside the Jacuzzi when we first walked into the room. -Some tiny spider webs on the bathroom ceiling. - someone else’s food inside the mini-fridge.
