「手前にリビング、真ん中の中央に浴槽、奥が寝室。ただ、場所がわからなかった。（ホテル名・住所表示を見つけることができなかったので近所の人に尋ねた。小さなブテイックの横にあった。なお、当該ホテルは共同住宅内にあり、同建物内には別のホテルも入っているので注意。）共同住宅の入口のドアを開けるにはパスワードが必要だが予め知らされていなかった。（たまたま住人が入ったので入ることができた。）当該ホテルは4階（日本式だと5.5階）にあり、階段しかないので、重い荷物がある人は大変。チェックインタイムの1時間後に行ったがスタッフはおらず、入口に私宛の封筒が貼ってあって、それを読んで事態が理解できた。朝食は8時から。パンとコーヒーとジュースくらいで質素。但しまずくない。2泊して、スタッフに会えたのは、2日目の朝と3日目の朝のみ。とても感じの良い婦人だった。予め上記がわかっていたら予約しなかっただろう。ただ、上記を経験した今、もう一度宿泊したいかと問われればイエスである。」

「A small room on the top of a mountain, very nice place and staff is very kind! Even bought local wine and digestive!」

「Uniek is het schitterende uitzicht. De kamers zijn basic maar super netjes en schoon. Echt een privé gevoel bij de accommodatie. Ontbijt super en wordt ieder ochtend naar kamer gebracht. De accommodatie ligt erg hoog op de berg dus als je wat slechter ter been bent is lopen geen optie. De auto parkeren is dichtbij maar ‘s avonds wat minder verlicht als je naar de kamer loopt. 」

The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 」

"空港から歩いて5分かかりません。夜11時に空港着でしたが、電灯で明るい駐車場の中央を突っ切って歩いていけて、同じ飛行機で到着した人たちの往来もあり、女性ひとりでもこわくなかったです。逆に近すぎてタクシーは乗りにくい距離ですが、平らな道ではないので大荷物の場合は利用してもいいのかも。ホテルの印象はクチコミほど悪くなかったという感じ。確かに建物が古くてテンションが上がるホテルではないので、四つ星かなとは思う。でも部屋は広いし、シーツやタオルなども清潔。そして、スタッフさんも感じ悪くなかったよ。朝食ブッフェのコスパがいい。周辺に空港以外なにもないし、空港も小さくカフェがひとつしかないので、朝食食べる人ならつけた方がいい。パン、チーズ、フルーツがそれぞれ5-10種類くらいあり、卵やベーコンなど、一般的なブッフェの内容で900円程度とお得。団体利用も多いホテルのようで、団体の場合朝食会場も異なるので、それで評価が分かれているのかも。深夜・早朝の空港利用がある場合は便利だと思います。"
