Equipe despreparada, atendimento horrível, paguei pelo app, e me cobraram novamente a diária pois me informa que não receberam o valor do hotel.com, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante de pagamento, mesmo assim me cobraram. Nunca passei por uma situação como está. Isso o hotel.com por vários anos e nunca passei por isso. Hotel horrível nunca mais volto para esse hotel.

Estive hoje, dia 03/02/2026, no Hotel 10 – Itajaí e, infelizmente, minha experiência não foi positiva. A reserva foi feita pelo aplicativo e ocorreu tudo certo nesse ponto. Porém, ao tentar comprar apenas uma água para levar ao quarto, a máquina de cartão não aceitava cartões do Itaú, nem no débito nem no crédito. Achei a situação bastante desconfortável, principalmente por se tratar de algo simples e por ser um hotel que recebe muitos hóspedes. Além disso, senti pouca disposição da equipe em buscar uma solução alternativa, o que acabou deixando uma impressão negativa. Fica como sugestão melhorar as formas de pagamento e o atendimento em situações simples, pois isso faz muita diferença na experiência do hóspede.

Foi melhor do que imaginava. Aqui no Hotels.com há poucas fotos com detalhes sobre o quarto. A acomodação tinha um bom chuveiro e o local estava silencioso para dormir (também solicitei que ficássemos na parte de trás do hotel). Assim, tivemos uma pernoite suficiente para uma boa estadia.
