Precisava de uma higienização adequada. Encontramos cheiro de mofo, jarra rachada, liquidificador quebrado, cobertores sujos e problemas com a rede elétrica.Apeaar destes transtornos fomos bem atendidos pela anfitriã Denise resolvendo a maior parte do problema.

apartamento bem localizado

o apartamento é bem localizado,local seguro e em boas condições gerais; o que nos atrapalhou bastante foi que o aquecedor de um dos quartos não estava funcionando e devido à baixa temperatura passamos frio no ambiente pois o restante do apartamento não tem aquecedor e nem água aquecida(lavar louças era um sofrimento, tínhamos que aquecer água no fogão); Quando entramos em contato com a responsável Denise ela prontamente tentou resolver a situação colocando 2 aquecedores portáteis no local, o que amenizou bastante nosso transtorno, visto que somos do Norte e não estamos acostumados a temperaturas tão baixas.
