とても素晴らしいホテルです。 部屋も清潔で広く、設備も充実しています。特にスタッフの方はみな親切で、気配りもアドバイスも的確で完璧です。 ただし周辺は坂が多いので、荷物が多い方は事前にホテルに連絡するか、タクシーの利用をお勧めします。

Great suite!! The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was so satisfying. They even upgraded our room and the room was amazing. We loved everything. However, the taxi driver did not know the place so you might want to tell them it is next to the Italian Embassy. I would definitely love to stay there again! 素晴らしいプチスイートホテルで大満足でした。大型の高級ホテルより客に寄り添ったきめ細かいサービスが素敵です。朝食も眺望が素晴らしい上にライブでオムレツを作ってくれたりサラダや焼き立てクロワッサンが絶品です。客室を無料でアップグレードしてくれて美しく広すぎるお部屋に大きなバスタブで最高に贅沢を味わえます。 このお値段ではコスパが本当に良すぎです。 ただ、タクシーが場所を知らないので、トムトムスイーツはイタリア大使館の真ん前だと伝えたほうがよいです。私たちは変なところで降ろされ、坂を上りまた恐ろしく急な坂をスーツケースで下るというとんでもないところから行かなくてはいけなかったので、そちら側からはハード過ぎました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで優しく、最終日のタクシーも前日に予約してくれ、ホテルで定額カード決済でき、とても助かりました。というのも、イスタンブールではタクシーでぼったくられることが当たり前で、またクレジットカードが使えないことも普通です。 是非また泊まりたいスイートです！

小規模ですが、歴史的な建物を利用した快適なホテルです。部屋は広く、デザインも素晴らしい。風呂はジャグジーがあり、リラックスできます。ミシュランレストランで朝食が提供されます。スタッフのホスピタリティも良い。 近くにイタリア大使館があり、閑静な場所ですが、賑やかな大通りにもすぐアクセスできます。トラムの駅も歩いてすぐ近い。 ただ一つの注意点は周りの坂道です。もしあなたが荷物が多い、もしくは若者でなければ空港からはタクシーを必ず使いましょう。2023年8月では、イスタンブール空港から400トルコリラです。

落ち着いた雰囲気で滞在したい方に超オススメ
総じてとても良かったです。また泊まりたいホテルです。観光地のど真ん中を希望される方は避けた方が良いですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の場所を好まれる方にはこの上ないホテルかと。 部屋の天井がとても高く、落ち着いた採光も相まって非常に居心地が良かったです。内装は華美過ぎず、高級な住宅に滞在しているような感じでした。備え付けの冷蔵庫が大きい点、お風呂が大きい点は地味なポイントですが評価高かったです。逆にWi-fiの電波状況が悪かった点、通信スピードが遅かった点は唯一マイナスでした。仕事を持ち込まれる方は影響出るレベルかと思います。 最上階にレストランがあり、そこで素晴らしい景色を見ながら朝食を頂けます。晩御飯は要予約らしいので要注意。 スタッフの方々はフレンドリー且つ親切で安心して滞在できました。 周辺は坂道が多いです。洒落たお店が多く、また、猫が沢山いました。トラム乗り場、繁華街までそれぞれ歩いて5〜10分くらいで特に不便は感じません。ただし、足腰が弱い方にはきついかも。徒歩圏内にお酒や日用品を買えるお店が何軒かありました。 また、今回は単に運が良かったのかも知れませんが、朝6時半頃にホテルに到着した際、アディショナルの費用無く部屋に通して下さり、大変ありがたかったです。お陰様で初日から最大限観光を楽しむことが出来ました。

部屋もホテルもお洒落で綺麗でした。 お風呂もバスタブが大きくジャグジー付き。 ここに来るまで旧市街地とカッパドキアに泊まっていたので同じトルコと思えない綺麗さです。 タクシーで嫌な思いをした直後にこのホテルに来ましたが、フロントの女性がとても素敵な笑顔で迎えてくれたので嫌な思いが吹っ飛びました。 朝ごはんも他のホテルに比べたら美味しく、最後の一泊だったのですが、連泊したかったです。

静かなホテル
ジャクジー付はやっぱり正解でした。石畳を歩くトルコには疲れた体を癒してくれます。 場所は静か過ぎるとも言える所に有りますが坂に囲まれているので高齢者や小さい子供には大変。。。 トプハーネが一番近い駅でここからの方が坂がなだらかです、途中美味しいカフェでパスタが美味しかった。ミニマーケットも近所にあるので飲み物は調達できます。 朝食も数は多くないけどヨーグルト、オレンジジュース、キッシュぽい物もお薦め。 卵料理はオーダーしてから調理してくれます。 ブラックコーヒーはあまり美味しくなかったけどカプチーノはOK。 もう少し料理の数を増やしてほしいですね。 一度夜中に泊まっている階が停電したのは困りましたけど、下まで言えばすぐに直してくれました。

とてもよいホテルです。ほかの大都市であればこの料金では泊まれませんのでお値打ちです。朝食の部屋は４階にあり、旧市街のトプカプ宮殿とアヤソフィアが見えます。ちなみにイスティクラル通りからは非常に急な下り坂なので、くれぐれも徒歩でスーツケースを運ぼうとは思わないほうがよろしいかと。

イタリアの大使館だか、公使館の向かいにあり、大通りからの導入路にゲートが設けられ、警官が常駐しているのでバイクやクルマの通り抜けがなく、極めて静か。スタッフの応対も臨機応変に優しく、助けられることが多かった。ただ、配管が古いようで、サビの混じったお湯に悩まされたことが一回あった。

とってもおススメなブティックホテル
初イスタンブールでしたが、こちらに宿泊して本当によかったです。まず、スタッフがフレンドリーで部屋も素敵です。特にバスルームがジェットバスで広くて、疲れがとれました。そしてなんといっても朝食が最高です！景色が良く海やモスクが一望できます。種類も豊富で頼んで作っていただいたオムレツがふわふわで美味しかったです。ロケーションも言うこと無しという感じですね。メインのブルーモスクやグランドバザールがある旧市街もトラムで10分～15分ほどでいけます。新市街の中心街も歩いて10分以内でしょうか。周りに素敵なレストランも多々あり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。旧市街は観光客が多すぎ、騒がしいので、落ち着いて雰囲気の良い場所をお探しなら、こちらを断然おススメします。ただ、タクシードライバーがこちらのホテルを知らないことが多々あるので、住所を持って行った方が良いですね。

ホテル自体は全く申し分なく、スタッフも素晴らしかった。 レストランからの眺めもよく、ぜひお薦めします。 タクシーで向かう時は、ホテルが用意してくれている案内を運転手にしっかり確認してもらうこと。 イタリア領事館の検問で引っかかり、ホテルの玄関まで到着できませんよ。

全室スイートで、その広さや家具、洗面所も大変素晴らしく、コンシェルジュも親切でした。特にお風呂はジェットバスで、疲れた体を大変癒してくれました。ただし、坂道の多いイスタンブールでも、このホテルは急な斜面にあり、お年寄りや小さな子連れには不向きであり、利用者を選ぶと思います。

We had a great stay ( 5 nights), everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, which is rare in Istanbul. 最高の滞在。
家族４名、２部屋にて滞在しました。１部屋はクラシックスイートからデラックススイートへ無償アップグレードくださり大満足の滞在となりました。 イスタンブールでは、TomTom Suite の他、カラキョイ地区の５つ星ホテルに滞在をしましたが、正直、雲泥の差でした。 まず、客室は２０室のみということもあるのか、スタッフの方々のサービスが完璧です。朝食や夕食も申し分なく、最高でした。 高台に立ってるため、朝食を取ったレストランからの景色も感動的でした。 難点を言えば、トラムの駅からずっと上り坂となるため、観光に疲れた体には正直堪えましたが、それらを差し引いてもお薦めです。

Tomtom suites is a fantastic hotel right next to the high street of Istanbul, İstiklal Cd. I’ve seen some negative reviews of difficulty getting to the hotel which requires some steep uphill/downhill walking, but this criticism is unfair as the entire city of Istanbul is full of hills and you’ll get a great leg workout regardless of where you stay. Speaking of the room itself, we’re fortunate enough to get upgraded three times thanks to booking though Expedia (we had VIP access through the site), the room is very spacious, clean, and comes with high quality toiletries (Molton Brown) as well. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, which doubles as their one Michelin starred restaurant Nicole in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and offers high quality pastries and cheeses. They’ll also make eggs to your liking, I had the omelette and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my entire middle eastern trip. They also give you a delicious salad and an assortment of homemade jams (loved the tomato paste!). Would definitely pick this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.

Das Suiten-Hotel war in Summe sehr schön, die Unterkunft sauber und der Service sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage am italienischen Konsulat. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, um auf die Istiklal zu kommen (sehr steiler Anstieg). Der Service hat meiner Frau und mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist Fuat beim Frühstücks-Service. Er ist wirklich für das Hotel eine Bereicherung und Beispiel für tollen Service und Professionalität. Die Dachterasse und der Blick von dort sind spektakulär. Nurol beim Empfang war ebenfalls klasse und immer hilfsbereit. Beide waren gleichermaßen angenehm und professionell. Was die Stimmung eingetrübt hat: am Morgen der Abfahrt wurde uns noch der Piccolo aus der Minibar in Rechnung gestellt - wobei wir dachten, dass wir alles am Voraben bereits beglichen hätten - mindestens hatte man uns das so gesagt. Böse Überraschung: für den Piccolo (Wert 4-8 Euro) mußten wir 32 Euro zahlen. Das ist übertrieben und hinteräßt einen faden Beigeschmack.

Property was very clean and all staff were very courteous. Location was conveniently near Istiklal street. Breakfast service was phenomenal- quality and presentation of food were exceptional and the view was amazing overlooking the sea. Will definitely recommend the hotel for anyone who is interested in Istanbul.

From the moment you enter this hotel you definitely notice that it's special. The rooms are high design with curated art work. The staff is of the caliber of the best 5 star hotels anywhere. The location and it's close proximity to Bebek and Galata Tower which make it one of the top areas in Istanbul. The daily breakfast was spectacular and the service again above and beyond. I can't recommend this Hotel enough. We will definitely be back again and again.
