Diese Unterkunft war die reinste Katastrophe!! Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so ein schlechtes Erlebnis mit einem „Hotel“ gehabt wie in diesem! Wir sind angekommen in einem absolut dreckigen Zimmer. Überall lagen Haare der Putzkraft, sogar im Bett. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken. Das Bad war schimmelig und überall voller Flecken. Nach Beschwerde beim Rezeptionist, der nur türkisch konnte und KEIN Wort englisch, erhielten wir nur die Aussage, dass er nichts für uns tun kann und er brachte uns ein paar Feuchttuecher, mit denen wir selbst die Regale putzen sollten. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung haben wir erhalten. Nach langem hin und her mit Expedia, die sich sehr bemüht haben, aber leider keine Rückerstattung erreichen konnten, weil das Hotel nicht bereit war, diese zu bestätigen, entschieden wir uns dazu, das Hotel am gleichen Tag noch zu verlassen. Ich habe so etwas unhygienisches noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Die Ausstattung war alt und gebrechlich. Der Putz kam teilweise von den Wänden. Zahlt lieber ein paar Euro mehr und investiert in eine anständige Unterkunft! NIE NIE WIEDER!!!

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Transfer zum Flughafen hat super geklappt. Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr sind zu Fuß erreichbar. The Capital Suites ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite bekommen und da es in der Nähe sehr viele Restaurants und Bars gibt kann es an Wochenenden leider zu lärmbelästigungen führen. Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind teilweise abgenutzt, hat aber nichts mit sauberkeit zutun. Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut!

Das Personal hat mir besonders gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter haben Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Ausdauer gezeigt - ohne Ausnahme. Sie waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und bei Problemen gab es immer Lösungsvorschläge. Falls man Ruhe und Stille haben möchte, ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall zu vermeiden, da man wirklich im Herzen des ganzen Geschehens von Besıktaş ist.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und einfach eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal war stets hilfreich und nett. Ein großes Problem ist leider die Lautstärke, von einem nahegelegenen Club hört man laute Musik und die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn. Abgesehen davon ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral an einer sehr lebhaften Straße. Das Zimmer war klein sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Leider war es sehr hellhörig, so das man Unterhaltungen und Telefonate aus anderen Zimmern sehr laut gehört hat.

Comfy and clean
Nice and clean hotel, we were happy until we decided to open the window first time in midnight and the handle fell to the floor. We had to call the reception in midnight and they could only find and bring a screwdriver because it was very late. Luckily I fixed the handle and i could hardly close the window but the room temperature dropped a lot.
