ロケーション最高、綺麗なホテル

イスティクラール通りのすぐ近くで観光に便利。スタッフも丁寧で部屋も綺麗。Wi-Fiが遅いのと、繁華街の近くなので週末夜は少しうるさいのが少々難点。でも全体的にとても良いホテルでした。

Not friendly staff

We checked out and my friend asked if she could use the bathroom and they said since you checked out you cannot. Using bathroom was right after checkout was over.

-Nothing was good about it. - The staff were rude.. except one - no cleaning services - Bed was very dirty and make noise all the time.. we asked for Solving the problem but they didn't do anything. - The area is very noisy until 4 o'clock in the mornings.. the windows of course are not soundproof - The area is very crowded and the driving option is unlikely - the staff are limited and most of the hospitality services are not provided - It is not preferable place for families - I don't recommend this place at all for anyone - مكان سيء للغايه ولا يعكس التعليقات التي قرئتها عنه سابقا - لا يوجد اي معايير للناظفه ابدا - طاقم غير متعاون ولا يقدم خدمات الاساسيه للعملاء - الاسره قذره والملايات ممزقه وعلاوه على ذلك السرير قديم ويصدر اصوات وعند طلب حل المشكله لا يقوم القائمون على الفندق بأي مبادره - المكان مزعج ويوجد مراقص قربه والازعاج وصوت الاغاني الى الفجر مع العلم لا يوجد نوافذ عازله للصوت في المجمل المنطقه مكتضه وخيار قياده السياره صعب جدا - لا يصلح ابدا للعوائل ولا انصح به لاي احد اذا اراد الراحه - خدمه الواي فاي سيئه للغايه ولا تغطي جميع الغرف

Feras the front office manager who was trying his best to provide all helps related to our stay or in general . Good hotel, will decorated, even if the area is not that perfect but so close to Istiklal well known street . Thanks a lot .

Kleines süßes hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Lage ist top. 5 Minuten zum Taksim Platz. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir waren mit der Wahl des hotels sehr zufrieden.

Die "Suite" ist sehr enttäuschend, in die Jahre gekommen und viel zu dreckig. Nur der seitliche Ausblick aus dem Balkon ist wunderbar und die Lage ist top.

Location is GREAT. But, what can i tell about this hotel, bathroom hot water is like on off 2 sec cold water 4 sec hot water. It is like ice cream on a fondant. No ice in the hotel if you need to drink. No breakfast. This hotel equal location thats it.

Otelin konumu güzel. Ancak ara sokakta olması biraz sıkıntı yaratıyor. Buna karşın personelin ilgisi ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışması bu dezavantajı yok ediyor. Özellikle Mehmet beyin ilgi ve alakasına müteşekkirim. Otel fiyat performans olarak başarılı.

Hotel staff are nice and welcoming, clean room (except the wooden shower floor), comfortable bed. BUT the only unforgivable sin for a hotel is thay you can’t get a good night’s sleep. There is a loud bar that plays live music about 7 meters from the hotel until around 4am. Only stay here if sleep is optional.
