部屋は隅々まで清掃されており清潔で、広さも充分。ベッドも寝心地が良かった。ただひとつ残念だったのは、スタッフの一人に不適切な行為があった。早朝出発前にお茶とパンを持ってきてくれたので親切心かと思ったが、部屋に居座り髪を撫でたり手にキスしようとしてきた。出ていってほしい、といったらそれ以上何もなかったが、不快な思いをした。他のスタッフは総じて親切であり、設備も良かっただけに残念だった。

I've stayed at a wide range of hotels from luxury to large chain to boutique. This hotel was special. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff are the sweetest people and provide five star service and were unparalleled in accommodating and anticipating your needs without being intrusive. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the breakfast was amazing. I also appreciated that they had an espresso machine rather than instant coffee with generous refills. The room is simple yet charming and very clean with thoughtful touches that make everything extra comfortable. If this is your first time in Turkey and you're looking to be somewhere safe that is close to the action, this is the best hotel in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel. Small, cozy, and great service. The breakfast was amazing. Even though I had to buy bread from the close by shop one morning for breakfast, the rest of the days it was great.

Our family loved the hotel! Very polite staff, helpful and professional. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very clean and amazing Turkish home spray in the comum areas. Breakfast delicious. Very well located.

The staffs were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Turkish breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is convenient, easy reach to the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya and other historical places. The room was big enough for two of us. Only one issue was regarding the air condition. It was really roasting few days between 30 to 33 degrees during our stay. When we used to come back each evening after a busy day tour, the air con hardly able to cool us down even to its lowest setting. It took good few hours to cool the room as our desire. The management can improve/ repair this air condition ASAP. Other than that, my overall experiences on staying in this hotel are safe, nice ambiance and convenient location for sightseeing.

Our recent stay at Royan Suites in Istanbul was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and informed that we had been upgraded to a room with a private garden. This was a delightful surprise and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The private garden was a serene retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday celebration organized for my mom. The staff surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake, a heartfelt song, and an assortment of fresh fruits and tea. The joy on her face was priceless, and it was clear that the team at Royan Suites genuinely cared about making her birthday memorable. The rooms are both luxurious and comfortable. Such a nice hotel, very close to everything. Our room was terrific and comfortable. The hotel employees were so wonderful and so nice. Breakfast was such a great variety every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel
A lovely hotel with lovely staff. Big Turkish breakfasts. I requested the ground floor room as I can’t climb stairs and this room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and nice towels. The location is very central.

This is a small hotel at a very good location close to restaurants and attractions in Istanbul. The room was small but OK. Staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely wonderful hotel!
Absolutely wonderful hotel! It is conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance of all the major tourist attractions including the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cistern. The manager Jem (sp?) was really friendly and gave us great tips on when and how to visit each of the tourist sites, as well as recommendations on nearby restaurants Isha (sp?) who prepared all the food, which was delicious, abundant and beautifully presented, cooked our eggs to order for each breakfast. The rooms were spacious and modern with very comfortable beds and large flatscreen TVs with Netflix and Prime video options. While it’s a hotel, it has the warmth and charm of a bed and breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Excelente hotel com localização previlégiada.
Hotel excelente. Instalações novas e limpas, cama boa, café da manhã ótimo. Especial agradecimento aos rapazes que ficam na recepção, educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Também a moça do café e da arrumação do quarto. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e indicarei a pessoas conhecidas. Apenas uma informação aos que tem problema de mobilidade pois o hotel tem 3 andares e não tem elevador, o que não foi um problema pra nós.
