The flat in the center of Kadikoy, a few minutes from the sea, and all kinds of public transport. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets all around the flat. Fantastic view from the terrace and the living room.
You will have a fantastic experience using (VR) with the PS4 console and the latest games.
The flat is comfortable, clean and you will find everything you need (bbq grill, fully furnished kitchen, bathroom accessories..)

Everything inside the flat, including all the kitchen equipment and the PlayStation 4 and the VR, Nice terrace

They will have access to all the space. 4 Bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, and the terrace.

The flat is on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator (that is normal in the city center/the old city)
The bell is not working, but I will provide many copies of the keys so that it won't be a problem.
There are three AC units and five fans.

A Clean and Roomy place for familiy get together
very responsive and fast communication with the property owner. The house is roomy and very clean. The quality of the sofa beds and one of the twin beds were not that great, so 4 of us always had a hard time sleeping (so consider it for a party of 8 or less). The view and the balcony is awesome, specifically at night. The neighborhood is very live for night life, but extremely noisy at night to have a good night sleep. Tiny stairs all way to the 5th floor is a good and tough daily excessive !
