Lovely apartment with amazing view ( just amazing and at night the lights of the surrounding buildings give worm feelings and romantic moments) , we will clean the apartment every 2 days free of charge , there are 2 pools in the building and also gym and parking spot (all of them free of charge) , we are so friendly people and can help with anything , there are many restaurants surrounding us ( 3 of them in the building , 2 around 5 min walking distance , and many others around 10 min walking distance) , there are also 2 big shopping malls around 20 min walking distance , nice small park with lake and flowers around 10 min walking , the sea side (walking and running and scooter and bicycle side) about 3 km (20 min walking distance) , the metro station about 5 min walking takes you directly to the center (blue mosque in just 35 min) , there is also grocery in the building and its also possible to order food and pay cash on arrival , we can help with every thing , all you need is just to ask :)
