If you come to the reception and tell them that you have a flight at this time tomorrow and you need to go to the airport and that you want to leave the hotel two hours before the flight, the reception will of course think that it is İstanbul Airport. And we gave you all the information about the price of the vehicle, how many minutes it will take from the hotel to the airport. If you knew your airport, you would already know that it takes 1.5 hours from the hotel to the other airport (Sabiha Airport) and you would tell the reception. You should leave from the hotel before 5 hours for the Sabiha Airport. You did not show your ticket. You just stated that you wanted to leave the hotel two hours ago. This is your ''FULL DETAILS''. You should research and know in advance which airport your flight is at and how long it takes from the hotel to the airport. If you don't know, you can at least learn the name of the airport and tell the receptionist the name of the airport.
