위치가 시내 중심이라 이동이 편하며 숙소가 매우깨끗하였음 자체 주차장은 없지만 로비에 이야기하면 발렛을 해주시니 문제 없음

İlgili ekip, konforlu konaklama
Temizlik, konfor ve iletişim konusunda oldukça başarılılar. Kat sorumlusu Aysun Hn ve resepsiyon Alanur Hn oldukça kibar ve guler yüzlü. Her yer tertemiz kokuyor, kahvaltı ideal. Şüşko kedi kendini sevdirmese de her şey harikaydı :)

Ben çok memnun kaldım
Kayaşehir bölgesi, imkanları limitli fakat, temiz güvenli bir semt. Otelin hemen bitişiğinde küçük ölçekli de olsa bir AVM var. Birkaç önde gelen marka vsr. Yeme içme imkanları mevcut. Otel ise gayet temiz , check in check out gayet hızlı ,düzenli. Odalar temiz. Banyo mefruşatı ve mobilyaları yeni ve temiz. -2 katta otopark ve dışaııda cadde üzeri park olanakları mevcut. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli temiz ve sunum güzel. Bu fiyata bundan daha iyisi olamazdı

Nice staff. Location is walkable to shops and restaurants and the area is quiet. The room is comfortable and clean and perfect for short stay.

Not the worst, but stuff could be more polite. The card to get the lift working didnt work. I went back to reception and guy responded that he told me before to use another side. When travellers arrive, they are usually tired, would be much better to be patient to the guests. People in reception forget that they wouldnt be paid if we do not visit hotel. Didnt bother finding parking - parked in front of the building. As soon as we parked, Franch man drove into our car. My advise - find a parking to be safe

So bad!
This is the worst Hilton we have ever stayed, lifs never worked, closed parking doesnt work so no parking for the hotel guests, we called to order food to our room at 7 pm and they said no room service, we went to hotel restauran at 9:30 pm they said its closed, also the bar is so bad, no good drinks nothing good at all, for example they have gin but no tonic! The hotel is full of dirty arabic tourists and their screaming kids everywhere especially at breakfast area so much noise. Room are ok but the service of the hotel is so bad... Never again!
