一階のレストラン、パスタ、リゾットが美味しかった。4階のペントハウスに止まりました。ベランダに、テーブルと椅子があり、眺めも良かった。

Good place & comfortable for access

It was great not only for sightseeing but also for just staying. It is easy to go by using tram for new city area. Cause of there is station of tram. It takes 5-8min to the station on foot.

Great Hotel!

I and my mother have stayed in this hotel for 3 days, from February 14 to 17 in 2017. Even though our stays were during the least popular season in the year (which means there were not a lot of people!), services were still great. concierges are very supportive and polite. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is definitely one of the best in the entire Istanbul city. All major sites in old city area are in walking distance.

このホテルを選んで良かった！

観光の名所からすぐに戻って来られる場所にあり、とにかく便利でした。お手洗いの為に戻るくらいでした。真夏に旅行だったので、暑さでバテ気味でしたがホテルに戻るとその快適さで本当にホット出来ましたら。もちろん、ホスピタリティーも一流です！

快適な滞在でした

イスタンブール旧市街にあり　観光にはよい立地でした。アタチェルク空港からホテルまで、往復ともタクシーを利用しましたが、旧市街の交通規制があるようで、往路は一ブロック手前までで、下車しましたが、ホテルからは、フロントでタクシーを呼んでいただき玄関前より乗車できました。ホテルはすべてにおいて満足でき、快適な滞在でした。

立地、サービス共に文句ありません。

朝５時過ぎに雪の中タクシーで到着。なんとサービスで即チェックインさせて頂きました。最低ランクの部屋でしたが広さは十分、独立ブースのシャワーと浴室もあり、３階だったことも事もあり景観も旧市街と海が望め、素晴らしかったです。立地もアヤソフッア等の観光地がすぐ近くにあって、近くには飲食店も多くありますし、とても便利です。言葉も片言英語で全く問題がありませんでした。短い日程で訪問される方は少し奮発してこのホテルを選ばれる事を是非お勧め致します。

イスタンブール歴史地区の中に有って、最高のロケーションです。残念だったのは、屋上テラスから見るスルタンアフメットジャーミィの眺望が隣のホテルで少し損なわれていること位です。ホテルのサービスも、きめ細かく、十分満足できるものでした。

一度泊まったら次も必ず泊まりたいと思う、感動のあるホテル

冬のイスタンブールで、他のホテルから移動し、帰国まで2泊した。チェックインしたのはまだ12時前で、チェックイン時間にはなっていなかったのに、快く部屋に通してくれ、日本語が少しできるスタッフが対応してくれた。ロビーには、フリーで利用できる飲み物が準備され、ホットチョコレートや、ココア、夜にはホットワインが飲めた。夜にはピアノの演奏があったり、部屋には毎日デザートとネスプレッソが準備されていたりと、至れり尽くせりだった。別の旅行で日本やシンガポールのフォーシーズンズに泊まったことがあったが、どの国のフォーシーズンズも期待を裏切らないサービスで、フォーシーズンズであれば、滞在中の快適さは間違いないと思える。始めて海外旅行をした同行者も、次も必ずフォーシーズンズに泊まりたいと満足していた。 2日目の部屋に準備されていたバラのロクムがとても美味しくて、翌日、コンシェルジュで購入できる場所を聞き、帰国直前にスパイスバザールのお店まで探しに行ったのも記憶に残る経験になった。

イスタンブール旧市街で最高のホテル

2011年11月に新婚旅行で利用しました。新市街に星が多いホテルが並ぶイスタンブールですが、今回旧市街を中心に楽しむ予定だったので、こちらのホテルを選択しました。ホテル自体はそんなに大きくはないですが、お庭が素敵でブルーモスクやｔップカプ宮殿、アヤソフィア等主要な観光地が徒歩圏内にありますし、グランドバザールにも徒歩10分程度で行くことが出来ます。ホテルの屋上からは、マルマラ海、アヤソフィア、ブルーモスクを一望することが出来ます！立地としては、旧市街を楽しみたい方には最高だと思います。そして、フロントで薔薇のお花を一輪いただき、初日に食事から戻ると、ベッドとお風呂に薔薇の花びらが散らされた演出、ウェルカムシャンパンと2日共にウェルカムフルーツが用意されていました。新婚旅行と伝えてはいましたが、本当に自然でさりげないサービスに感激しました。あと、個人的にはシャワーとお風呂が別になっていてゆっくりすることが出来たのが嬉しかったです。スタッフの方も非常に親切で、本当に最高のホテルです。次回イスタンブールに行く際は、是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

My husband and I stayed one night at the four seasons after staying three nights at the Shangri-La Bosporus and I have to say that the shangri-la was far better. The four seasons staff were all very nice but we expected better from the room itself and for the hotel to be more spacious. The balcony is kind of strange and if I stand on my tippy toes I can see into the other rooms balcony. Breakfast was nice but once again nothing special. Essentially there was nothing special about the four seasons and it definitely does not live up to the hype or prestige. Overall nothing special.

It's walking distance from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are a lot of restaurants with great views nearby. The hotel is itself very picturesque. Wonderful experience.

Four Seasons Sultanahmet: an oasis amid the bustle of old Istanbul. Very short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and many local restaurant choices. Friendly staff, very helpful concierge, and smooth taxi and transportation arrangements. I will stay here again on my next Istanbul visit.
