"Bizi tuttuğumuz odanın dışında bir odaya yerleştirmek istediler kabul etmedik. Biraz tartıştık ama sonrasında Güler hanım bizimle ilgilendi çok tatlı çok yapıcıydı. "Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose.
