Nice staff w/z great breakfast in superb location

Overall, this hotel was really great. Only the setback is the noize coming from next room. Other than that, everything was so nice.

最悪です

夜、疲れて到着しチェックインしようとすると、「ホテルのミスで部屋がない、近くのホテルを紹介するので行って欲しい、その紹介するホテルのお金をここで払って」と言われました。せっかく楽しみにしてきたのに残念です。しかも、違う紹介されたホテルに着くと、「やっぱり空きができた」と言われ戻ってくるよう言われました。お風呂など入って荷物を整理していたのでとても今から戻る気分になれませんでした。「紹介してもらったホテルでいい」と伝えると、今度は紹介したホテルの先ほどの支払い金額が、間違っていたので足りない分くれと言われました。疲れている時に、さらに疲れることをさせられ本当に残念でした。

ダブルブッキングが恒常化している可能性に注意してください。

宿泊できなかったので、ホテル施設関係の評価はできません。ホテルに到着した途端、フロントで「予約受けていない」と断られる。困っているとどこかに電話（トルコ語で会話の内容は全く分からない）、次いで「いくらで予約したか」、予約票の内容で答えると「紹介できるホテルがある。同じ価格で、それで泊まるか？」。結局、道を挟んだ向かい側の、管理人の常駐していない（但し、いつでも客を迎え入れる状態に整えられた）宿泊施設に泊まることになった。朝食は数十メートル離れた別のホテル。付近に、同じような外観のホテルが３カ所あり、フロントの対応を含めてダブルブッキング用の施設を共同利用しているように感じた

つかずはなれずで心地よい距離感

ホテルの男性スタッフ、朝食のテラスにいた若い女性スタッフは感じがよかった。しつこくなく、適度にフレンドリーで心地よかった。部屋は、狭いけど一人旅には十分。女の子の部屋みたいな、かわいい雰囲気。窓が個人的にお気に入り。シャワーの水圧は良好、温度も問題なし。 Wi-Fiはロビーでも部屋でも使え、パスワードはスッタフに聞いたら教えてもらえる。金曜日の朝5時過ぎぐらいにアザーンが聞こえて目が覚めた。土曜日はなかった。シャンプーとシャワージェル、石鹸、麺棒、使い捨てスリッパ、ミネラルウォーターがアメニティとして置いてあった。歯ブラシ、リンスを持参したほうが良い。オーナーさんのお気に入りの場所やレストランのリストが部屋に置いてあり、参考になった。朝食はテラスで8時から。日が差し込み、暖かく、眺めが良い。チーズ、ハム、野菜、パン、たくさんのジャム、果物、はちみつ、ちょっとしたスイーツまであり、日ごとに若干内容が変わって美味しかった。フルボトルのウェルカムワインサービスはありませんでした。飲めないからいいけど。

よい滞在でした

従業員の方はとても親切でした。設備もきれいで快適でした。朝食をとった４Fや屋上からは海やブルーモスクを見渡すことができました。ブルーモスクの裏手にあり、到着時少しわかりにくいところですが、旧市街を散策するのに非常に便利な立地でした。

Sehr gute Lage, Sultanahmet ist zu Fuß erreichbar 5 min ungefähr. Die S-Bahn ist direkt bei Sultanahmet also auch 5min entfernt und man kommt überall hin. Personal des Hotels sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend Auswahl. Bett bequem. Man kann das Meer sehen von Hotel aus also super 👍

Just visited Istanbul and stayed 6 days at this tiny family owned hotel. Really enjoyed Emine Sultan, we got room 401 at 4 floor, only our room and breakfast terrace on this floor, room was not so big but super clean. Breakfast was nice and different menu each days. Thank you hotel staff for any help with our needs. 10 stars for ever.

The location is great, 5mins walking to blue mosque. Hagia Sofia, Basilica can easily reached by walking. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room indeed is clean even though it is an old building.

It’s clearly mentioned on the site that single room is on the basement floor. If you didn’t realized that you can not blame us. You can also understand from the prices. You should ask that why this room is almost 3 times cheaper then the other room.

If this building was anywhere else it would be condemned. You can only put so much lipstick on a pig!!! Everything in this hotel is wore out. The staff themselves were very good and helpful.

We had an ocean view corner room. Lovely old opening windows with a great view. Breakfast was homemade and tasty. The rooftop area was dated but what a view! We could've spent all night up there. Overall a little dated and very good.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit nur 10 Zimmer in toller Lage. Nur 8 min. Fußweg zur Blauen Moschee und zur Straßenbahnlinie 1. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig und für einen Kurztrip nach Istanbul völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Starting with breakfast. It was the best we have had in our travels, The choices were wonderful and the amount was plenty. The men at the front desk were extremely helpful with every request. The location is perfect for restaurants and all the attractions. Everyone should stay here when visiting Istanbul.
