"The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating... Initially there was a slight mix-up about our room, and we were given a room with only 2 beds (1 full and 1 twin) though we booked a room with 1 full and 2 twins online. When I approached the desk clerk to request a different room he was quick to try to help and called over the manager (who speaks English) to help as well. In the end we were given a room with enough beds for our
