The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and is suitable for up to five people. Additional amenities include satellite TV, pellet stove heating, and a washing machine. The house also features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. The location is ideal, just a few steps from Giglio Porto and the beautiful Arenella beach. Parking is available for guests, and for those traveling without a car, there is a bus stop just a few meters away. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or organizing parties is not permitted. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available.
