The first floor of the interior offers an open living and dining area with direct access to a large covered deck and wood floors throughout. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a beautiful open kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and an attached laundry room. On the second floor is a large master bedroom with direct access to a renovated master bath, a private covered balcony patio, and attached room perfect for a nursery area. The second floor bedrooms are carpeted. Great floor plan and layout for dual families with children! Jacuzzi tub in master bath does not work. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels.. Other features include: ceiling fans in every room, and a charcoal grill. Fireplace not available for use. No smoking. No pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
