I was stranded out there alone. I called expedia and report because I paid through them. they called no answer. I had to go pay a different hotel. I asked for my refund ,the refused to refund my money back, the receptionist get off at 11pm. too bad. no one can predict this weather and all the flight delays and cancelations.
