Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Mala experiencia: no respetaron mi reserva.

Muy mala experiencia: tras haber reservado y pagado la estancia, se negaron a darme habitación porque decían que ellos no habían recibido ninguna reserva ni pago ni trabajaban con Hoteles.com. ¡Fatal! Al final Hoteles.com me devolvió el dinero. Pero fue una mala experiencia.
