"We understood this was a lock off studio. However, when a kitchen is pictured, you assume it comes with kitchen supplies. There were NO pots and pans. There were cooking utensils. Good luck cooking anything…YOU CANT! We had to go buy a pot and a pan at Walmart. There’s also no oven. No coffee pot. Minimal paper products (paper towels and TP). No bath mat, so water would come out from the shower into the bathroom and we would need a towel to wipe it up which….read the next comment. We listed as...

"Encanteme towers was wonderful. The staff was friendly a professional. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Crowds were not bad at all. Lots of families and really chill and mello vibe. As far as this Condo.. beautifully decorated and clean. I was disappointed in the construction that was right outs the side patio. There was still a view of the ocean but also all the construction. They started at 8am and worked well into the night. This was obviously not mentioned in the listing and...

"The place was very nice. It almost seemed like it was brand new. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the bedrooms and bathrooms for our teenagers. The two critiques would be 1- the water pressure in the showers was very low, almost hard to rinse your hair with. and 2- there was loud construction next door which was also not great to look at. The listing should be more clear in describing the construction. "

3 Bedroom Home & Pool - Golf & Mayan Palace and Grand Mayan Resort Package

10/10 Excellent

"We have a very good time in your place. 100% recommend. Clean, peaceful and excellent view. Thank you for share your place with us. We will see you soon."

Awesome 3 bedroom condo Encantame Tower E 201

8/10 Good

"We love Encantame. The issue we had was the electric vehicle charging station not being available when we initially checked in. We had to contact VRBO for a solution because we booked this property with the expectation of being able to charge our vehicle. There aren’t a lot of charging stations available in Rocky Point so it was very important to us. Other than that, the unit was amazing. Housekeeping was great. Also, towels are 5 to rent so I would bring your own towels and also floats for the pool."

Spectacular 4 Bedroom Condo C31209

10/10 Excellent

"Family friendly. Had a great time with our family. The slides were a little worn down but fun! The game room is not air conditioned so it was extremely hot and humid in there but it was the end of June! One of our group got a massage on the beach. It was excellent and reasonably priced. You set it up at the front desk."

Spacious House w/private pool @Luna Blanca resort w/Tesla Charger

10/10 Excellent

"My family and I recently stayed at this property in June 2026. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and also Father’s Day. Suggestions for future guests. Bring food as the town is a bit far.The road coming in is not paved so be prepared for a bumpy ride. Our family member was able to drive through in a Honda Civic. One hiccup was the master bedroom’s door. It was closed and we thought it was locked from the inside so we contacted Beatriz concerned. She was very attentive and sent Security. The guard came and had to push hard on the door to open. After that no issues just an FYI in case you run into the door jamming up.Access to the resort is very convenient, nice pools and amenities. Be sure to speak to security to reserve a grill or use the one available at the house. Access to the beach was very simple, we loved our morning walks picking up seashells. We felt secure in the house and on the property. Many of the residents, guests, and staff were very nice. There are outside showers and hoses to rinse off sand before entering the pool area. We loved our stay and we look forward to booking in the future. Safe travels."
