Très sympathique mais isolation sonore limitée
Accueil très sympathique et chambre petite mais impeccable. Cadre paradisiaque. Il est dommage que les autres voyageurs qui étaient là le 23/09 se soient moqués des règles de calme après 22h et aient profité de l'absence de personnel pour faire du bruit dans la salle du rez-de-chaussée jusqu'à 2h puis 4h du matin (nous étions au 1er)

The hotel is in a nice walkable area. The view from the room is beautiful. Overall it is clean. But the floor and wall don’t have good noise isolation so it is quite noisy when people walking on the upper floor.

이젤발트에 위치하여 아름다운 경관을 볼 수 있습니다. 저는 방에 수면대가 있어서 편했습니다. 스위스의 악명높은 물가로 숙소와 잠금 시스템이 낡았지만 어쩔수 없는것 같습니다. 공용 주방은 비교적 넓고, 쓸만했습니다. 유스호스텔이 다 그렇듯 비위생은 감수해야합니다.

We booked a room for our family of 4. It’s a hostel so it’s not luxurious but the location is beautiful on the lake. The staff was kind and helpful but there was a large group that was there to party and they made so much noise that it was unbearable to sleep. They kept us up until 3:00 am when they all passed out and there was no management around to stop them. The floors are very creaky so if anyone walks in the hallway or rooms above you, you are sure to be woken up. We ended up leaving 2 nights early because we couldn’t sleep with the other group that was there. We found a nice hotel nearby with a private room for almost the same price.

Dear Seth,We are verry sorry about what happened this night. Unfortunately, our staff couldn't stay in the Hostel only this night and this school class was out of control. Usually the life in Iseltwald is verry peaceful and we hope to convince you another time.Warm greetings

Everything was kept clean during our stay. We checked in around dinner and were told that no towels were available for us until late afternoon the next day. It would have been nice to be able to take a shower! We used the dining area and there were plenty of the utensils and plates except for spoons! Not a one was there!

Lugar impresionante, preciosas vistas.
Habitaciones sencillas con lo básico, baño y duchas compartidas. Hay un comedor y cocina muy prácticos en el caso de llevar comida, dispone de todo lo necesario vajilla, cubiertos, nevera, microondas…Encantadora, muy amable y servicial la señora que nos recibió en la recepción. Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación, el lugar nos resultó espectacular.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Aussicht bzw die Lage des Hostels ist wunderschön gewesen. Mit der Gästekarte des Hostels konnten wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bis Interlaken nutzen. Negativ waren die sehr dünnen Wände. Am letzten Abend konnten wir aufgrund unserer sehr sehr lauten Nachbarn leider nicht schlafen. Auch der Boden hat bei jedem Schritt gequietscht, was auch nicht so angenehm war. Toiletten und Dusche waren sauber.

Great location! Our room includes a walkout balcony view of the lake. Shared bathrooms are not convenient, although were clean. Was not expecting to have to rent towels which is just odd. Walls are paper thin. Rooms come with earplugs, but not towels. Telling of what to expect. Front desk is only open during certain hours, so when we got here early with plans to visit other places in the area, we had to wait till check in as to not lose our room. Parking is convenient.

Expectations versus reality- I did not expect the room to be very small & sharing of bathroom is not my cup of tea. Breakfast I paid in advance was not served on time. Though I must say the location is very pleasant as it is just a 4 mins walk to Lake Brienz.

Superbe auberge
Superbe auberge situé au bord du lac. Très propre. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux enfants en bas âge. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le restaurant en face est top mais attention très vite remplis certains jours ou il n’y a que deux restaurants d’ouverts dans tout le village. Les sanitaires sont sur le palier mais nous n’avons jamais eu besoin de faire la queue au vu du nombre disponible. Les draps sont fournis. Nous le recommandons nous qui avons en tête les auberge de notre jeunesse et avions peur avec des enfants.

Für Max zwei Übernachtungen ok. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Schlafen kann man aber nicht gut. Es gibt aber Ohropax.
