ビジネスで利用。ホテルの周辺(徒歩圏内)は何も無いですが、車さえあれば問題ありません。シーツ交換や掃除は週一回。小さなキチン・冷蔵庫等ついているので、自分のアパートで暮らしている感覚になります。

セキュリティの良いアパート感覚

10日間の滞在で自炊をしたかったのでここを選びました。必要最低限のモノは揃っているし、ランドリーも無料。スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。

長期滞在型のホテル。ホテルの周りに何も無いし、ホテル内にも簡単なジムと小物の販売以外、施設は皆無といってよい。ただ、必要なものは車で移動して自分でそろえられるのなら、仮住まいとして安くてよいと思う。

will not stay again

first of all it is hard to find this hotel. The address tells it is on sand canyon but the entrance is not on it. It took me 20 min to find the entrance. If you are tired it is so much pain finding entrance for 20 min in the dark. as others mentioned this hotel smell so badly. Specially in the passageway to the rooms. there is no window in passageway and I can tell that they never ventilate. I assume that to cover odor, they spray fragrance insted of ventilation or cleaning it up. they dont serve breakfast but sell over priced food in the laundry. I read reviews tell me this hotel smell badly but I saw good reviews too so i made reservation. Believe me other than you cant smell, dont use this hotel.

Room was perfect for an extended stay. Good layout, spacious and a convenient location for our needs. Linens were excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only issue we had was figuring out the tv. The remote is not intuitive, the unit does not come on to programming or a guide as would be expected. The source needs to be reset each time it's turned on. But we figured it out eventually.

Double check your rates. I choose to pay at the property, but I booked the reservation through Expedia. When I arrived at the property, they gave me a different rate. It’s not the same as Expedia. It’s not that big of a difference… however be careful, and double check your receipt when check out. Or pay through Expedia to avoid the situation.

This is an aging property. Furniture is broken and worn out, bathroom light fixtures are rusty and kitchen faucet needs replacement. The food area has almost no food on shelves. I will not stay here again.

Property was great to include a kitchenette. I was able to cook my own breakfast in the morning. In the gym area you could still get the basics of a breakfast with cereals and or coffee. Restaurants and grocery shopping were about a mile from the hotel is need be to get something for the kitchenette. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, large fridge in room was great as well. For a 2 star hotel, accommodations were great!

Everything was great except the microwave was not working. Even though i asked them to.fix still not fixed. Not a big deal because i was barely in my room. But could be good to have warm milk in my coffee in the morning. Otherwise very clean.

The overall area where the property is nice and quiet. The room was nice and had a nice little kitchenette. The issue that my partner and I had was the we found a condom wrapper behind the reclining chair. I'm sure that it was missed by the cleaning staff, but that caught us off guard for sure. If you get a room the is clean, then you will be content with your stay.

Ok for short stay

Good for a short stay near Hoag Hospital if having a procedure done or if staying to take care of someone who’s in hospital next door. The condition of the hotel is not terrible but it’s a little run down. The rooms have refrigerators and if you’re a lite sleeper, it will wake you every time it starts up.

Very worn

This hotel is out of the way and not freeway close. It looks beat up and worn. The fridge, dishwasher and kitchen over all looked awful. Everything was dinged and dented. The staff was not friendly and because I booked thru hotel.com I had to give a $200.00 deposit instead of a $100.00 both of which I think is unreasonable. I wouldn’t suggest to anyone. .
