The views were breathtaking, the front desk staff were always kind and professional, and the hotel was impeccably clean. We also had our wedding ceremony here, and it was the perfect place for such a special day.
One thing future guests should know is transportation. Taxis from Naples can only take you to the entrance of Positano. From there, some dishonest taxi drivers wait to take passengers the short distance into town. We were charged an extremely high fare by a driver in a Mercedes van. When we arrived, he demanded even more than the price we had confirmed in advance, loudly claiming the quoted fare was for cash only and that paying by credit card would cost an extra €10. I hope the hotel will warn future guests about this.
Our pre-wedding photographer, Marlon from Local Lens, was outstanding. The photos were beautifully edited and exceeded our expectations.

Giusy Auricchio did a wonderful job with hair and makeup, and Rosalinda Flowers created beautiful flowers that made our wedding even more memorable.
Our wedding photographer, Gino, worked hard in the summer heat, and I appreciate his effort. However, I was disappointed with the final quality of the photos. I shared my concerns and asked for improvements, but unfortunately I have not received any response.
