「Our first family holiday abroad and it did not disappoint, everyone was so friendly they could not do enough for you. The staff were always happy. Food was lovely, something for everyone. Lovely pools and gardens just a lovely setting, definitely go there again 」

La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers. 」

「When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! 「Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. 」

「Wir waren im Mai 2024 dort. Hatten eine Junior Suite im neuen Teil gebucht, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön gestaltet. Der Grund für die 4 Sterne bei der Sauberkeit sind folgende: Hauptrestaurant Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser hätten sauberer sein können. Ebenso die Gläser in der Strandbar. 「Firstly, we didn't get into Kos till 10 p.m., so we knew we would unlikely get anything to eat. But when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that they knew we were coming late, so they had prepared some sandwiches for us in case we were hungry!!!
