En general bien. En mi caso solo necesito in lugar donde dormir ya que uno pasa mas afuera que en el hotel. Yo iba con mis dos hijos y encontré inseguro las en ranas de las habitaciones se abrían con facilidad no existía seguro. Y lo otro que me llamó la atención que no tuvieran un frigibar para dejar alimentos personales y así no se descompuso eran.

Excelente experiencia

Excelente hotel.. Es segunda vez que me hospedo en él, y las dos veces ha sido una buena experiencia.. La atención en la recepción es muy buena, al igual que la calidad de las habitaciones y del desayuno. Muy bueno todo!!

Hola. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado como ofrecieron y es una zona de mucho calor. Ante nuestro reclamo nadie de gerencia se acercó a brindar una respuesta. El baño es enorme y no tiene sentido ya que esos metros le vendrían bien a la habitación.El pasillo no tiene ventilación y es un horno. En resumen, creo que no es bueno y debe estar gerenciado por alguien sin conocimientos.

Facilities for families

Arrived late evening, and it was somewhat difficult to find the hotel, mainly due to Iquique having a lack of street signs, or those that existed where corroded and hard to read. Luckily had Apple iMaps on the iPhone. Parking was available, however it was across the road and through a padlocked gate, which is very difficult when unloading an 18 month old infant and a 6 year old child, both of whom were sleeping. The rooms were acceptable, but didn't have a bar fridge to keep baby food in, which was a bit unfortunate.

Primera vez que me toca un hotel que no tiene nada que ver con lo que sale en las fotos, mala atención , sucio el baño y cero comodidad por favor antes de promocionar y poner algún hotel y/o hostal como recomendación en sus páginas, primero averiguar como es, ya que al estar sugeridos por ustedes uno da por hecho que es bueno

Nice new hotel

Only problem I found with this hotel was the noise from traffic. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Apart from that it was very good

Lugar de la ubicación con exceso de ruido nocturno, con respecto a las tarifas me parece un exceso que por tener que dejar el equipaje en el hotel hasta las 20 horas se cobre el 50 % de la tarifa normall
